Dashboards
Learn how to get the most accurate, real-time insights from your Sellersight dashboards. This section covers everything from syncing your data to setting up cost of goods, so your profit, ROI, and performance metrics always reflect the true state of your business.
When you first log in to Sellersight, you’ll see a green “Connect Amazon” button on your dashboard. Just follow the prompts to complete the connection, and your data will begin syncing automatically.
After you connect your Amazon account, data syncing typically starts within a few minutes. In most cases, your dashboard will be populated quickly, but depending on the size of your account, it can take up to 3 hours for everything to fully sync. Once synced, your data updates automatically in near real-time.
To give you accurate profit and ROI insights, Sellersight needs to know your cost of goods for each product. Without this, your dashboard can’t reflect true performance. You can add COGs directly from the Inventory or Shipments page - either one at a time or in bulk. If you’ve already tracked your costs in another tool, just email us and we’ll help you import them in bulk.
If your profits or ROI are showing as zero or seem off, it’s usually because Sellersight doesn’t have your cost of goods (COGs) yet. Without this information, we can’t calculate accurate profit margins or ROI. To fix it, head to the Inventory or Shipments page and add your COGs - either individually or in bulk. Once added, your dashboard will update automatically with accurate figures.
When you first connect your Amazon account, Sellersight can only access the last 30 days of order data due to restrictions in Amazon’s API. From that point on, we continuously track and store your data - so your dashboard will grow more powerful the longer you stay connected.
Yes, Sellersight currently supports both Amazon and eBay, with more marketplaces coming soon. Your dashboard combines data across platforms, giving you a clear view of your performance no matter where you sell.
Using the Repricer
Learn how to get the most out of Sellersight’s automated repricer. This section covers setup, how pricing decisions are made, and how to stay competitive while protecting your margins - all with minimal effort on your part.
The repricer checks your listings every 15 minutes and automatically adjusts your prices based on market conditions. It identifies competitive, Buy Box-eligible sellers and adjusts your pricing to stay competitive - without racing to the bottom. It can also raise prices intelligently when the competition drops out.
No, Sellersight doesn’t undercut by default. The repricer follows the strategy you set when creating a pricing rule. You decide how it reacts - whether to match, undercut, ignore certain competitors, or increase prices when the competition drops out. This gives you full control over how aggressive or conservative your pricing should be.
Sellersight scans the market and updates your pricing every 15 minutes. This keeps you responsive without triggering Amazon’s fair pricing warnings or repricing too aggressively.
Yes, you can set both minimum and maximum price limits for each SKU. The repricer will always stay within those boundaries to protect your margins and avoid accidental losses. Additionally, you can manually override the low or high figure for individual listings if you want a more bespoke setup - giving you greater control over how each item is priced.
Yes, Sellersight can factor in inbound inventory and still reprice listings. This helps you stay competitive even when your stock is on the way to Amazon, giving you a head start on the Buy Box.
Automated Feedback
Improve your seller reputation without lifting a finger. This section explains how Sellersight’s automated feedback system works, how to set it up, and how it stays compliant with marketplace rules.
Sellersight automatically sends polite, pre-approved messages to your customers asking for seller or product feedback. It runs in the background once enabled, so you can focus on selling while we help boost your review count.
Yes. Sellersight only sends feedback requests that comply with Amazon’s communication guidelines. We don’t allow incentivised requests or custom messages that violate policy - everything is designed to keep your account safe.
Not at the moment. To stay within Amazon’s guidelines, we use standardised, compliant templates that have been tested for effectiveness and safety. This helps ensure reliable delivery and reduces the risk of penalties.
Once enabled, Sellersight automatically sends a feedback request for every eligible order - usually a few days after delivery. The timing is optimised to encourage responses while staying within Amazon’s rules.
You can turn on automated feedback from your Sellersight dashboard with just one click. Once active, it runs continuously in the background - no setup required beyond enabling the feature.
